As a kid, I was very involved in sports and dance, but kind of lost my footing when I got to college. I still participated in fitness classes, but didn't really ever find anything to commit to long term. After moving up to Minnesota in my late 20s, I decided I needed to find a consistent way to stay active, as well as an environment where I would be held accountable in a positive way. I'd had a few friends do the 10 week challenge in Iowa and they had great experiences. Kickboxing sounded like fun, so I decided to take the plunge and try a free class. From day one, I was hooked (no pun intended)! I started my 10 week challenge in January 2020 and the rest is history. 

The thing I love the most about Farrell's compared with other gyms I've gone to in the past is that we are truly a fitness community. Fitness is something I am incredibly passionate about, and I feel very fortunate to be able to help others throughout their journey! I love that the workouts are really designed to work for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. The only thing more rewarding than seeing members reach new goals, big or small, is seeing them push each other to reach their level 10!
